What we collect

When a dealer works with us we collect business contact details: name, dealership, business address, email and mobile number. On our wholesale marketplace we also record bids, offers and page activity on cars we share with you, and the date, time and source of your text message consent.

How we use it

• To share wholesale cars, take bids and complete deals with you
• To send the text messages you opted in to (see SMS Terms)
• To prepare deal paperwork such as purchase agreements
• To keep records required of a licensed dealer

Text messaging

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your mobile number is used only to send TopBid messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

Sharing

We share information only as needed to complete a deal you are part of (for example, a counterparty dealer receives your dealership name and dealer documents for that transaction), with service providers that run our systems under confidentiality (such as our text messaging and hosting providers), or when required by law. Other dealers never see your bids.
